I was holding queue sheet that day, security who standing in
front of queue machine gave it to me earlier. Thought was exactly like the line
in public service, which had long and slow service, but this visa application
process at PT China Visa Services Indonesia was quite fast and very
professional. Got 5 peoples in front of my queue number and only took 15
minutes and my number was called.
I was guided by customer service, fyi, all of them was woman,
she asked me to give some documents such as passport, ID, admission note from
campus, visa application form, additional visa application form, medical check
up resume and form number JW201. You had to bring the real document and a copy,
for some documents they only took the copy one.
After all of those documents was taken, she gave me a receipt
and told me to pick it up on Thursday (apply on Monday) from 9am to 16pm. Quite
amazing with the service there, fast, informative, and friendly. Almost forget,
you have to switch off all the devices and you are not allowed to take picture.
Security I was mention before will warn you about this before you are allowed
to enter the door. So, I came home with the receipt on my hand, just can’t wait
until next Thursday.
Thursday was come, it’s time to take my visa! They said if
there’s any problem with my application, they will called me and ask me to add
some document, but until Thursday there was no call from them , so I assumed no
critical problem on my visa application. Since Thursday is working day, I had
to make some excuse to leave office and go to The East Building 2nd
Floor unit 06 , Lingkar Mega Kuningan Street Kav. E3.2 no.1 . Fortunately , at
that day, all of my bosses is not present, only need text them that I’m going
to have market visit around Kuningan :D
14.00 pm, arrived at PT China Visa Services Indonesia, get
queue sheet like usual, and paid Rp 540.000 for the Visa and voila , my visa
was stuck on my passport and I’m ready to go east *dance* !!
